ePosition Management

We are excited to announce ePosition Management, a significant new enhancement to the SpartanTalent Suite (formerly UNCGJobSearch).

This new ePosition module will completely change the way Departments coordinate and manage their talent solutions. Initiators (formerly known as Hiring Assistants) will be able to take advantage of the convenience and efficiencies of online forms and electronic workflows to perform a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):

• Creating/updating position descriptions
• Salary Change Requests
• Reclassification Requests
• Supervisor Changes
