Employee Orientation (NEO) includes two parts. Both parts are mandatory for all new SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty employees.

Mandatory NEO Includes

Part 1. NEO Workshop: Within 30 Days of Start Date

At this time, we are conducting this workshop as a virtual webinar. You will receive important information on benefits and enrollment.

You should have received a link to register for the next webinar in your welcome letter. If you need to register, find the next upcoming NEO in the calendar below and click the registration link.

Part 2. NEO Online: Within Two Weeks of Start Date

New employees are assigned this online course in Canvas, our Learning Management System, after their start date. This course includes important information for new hires during the first weeks at UNCG.

Meet the G

Meet the G is part of New Employee Orientation (NEO) and a monthly information sharing session for departments to connect with new staff.
This is a great opportunity for new Spartans to learn about our campus community, services and perks.

When: **Last Wednesday of every month
Where: Zoom (New employees will receive a calendar invitation which includes the meeting link.)
Time: 10:00 am -11:00 am
