HR Liaisons are UNCG employees who relay important HR related issues to the members of their respective departments. Liaisons help to disseminate information and news such as policy changes, benefits updates, training opportunities, classification and compensation updates, etc. It is important that liaisons are prompt in communicating HR information to their departments, as it is generally time sensitive information.
HR meets with liaisons on a regular, recurring basis throughout the year, as well as impromptu sessions when the need arises. HR Liaisons are added to a broadcast only, closed group and will receive additional communications on timely topics and issues.
