Training and development for UNCG employees is available across a wide range of topics, delivery methods, and owners. Training opportunities may be required for all employees or a group of employees depending on their relationship with the university, their department affiliation, or position requirements. Below, employees can find some of the many opportunities available as well as the point of contact for each course. In addition, there are links provided for the major training platforms available to UNCG employees.

Percipio

Percipio is a Learning Management System that integrates both custom and delivered online training content for all permanent UNCG employees. Percipio is managed by Human Resource Services.

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning offers a wide variety of prepared online training content for all UNCG employees and students. Linked In Learning is managed by Information Technology Services.

Canvas

Canvas is the official UNCG Learning Management System for university academic courses for students as well as some administrative training courses for employees. Canvas is managed by Information Technology Services.

Vector

Vector hosts various compliance training modules, some of which are mandatory for UNCG. Vector is managed by the UNCG Title IX office.
