Intercollegiate Athletics

UNCG participates at the NCAA Division I level as a member of the historic Southern Conference and offers a variety of varsity sports events to the faculty, staff, and students , as well as the community at large. All events are free of charge with the exception of men’s and women’s basketball games. Sports include: Baseball, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Golf, Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/Track & Field, Men’s & Women’s Soccer, Softball, Men’s & Women’s Tennis and Volleyball.

Community Engagement is about bringing people and organizations together to make a positive, significant, and lasting difference in the world in which we live.
